My shoulders are sore, my back is in desperate need of a good stretch, and I've gotten about four hours of bad sleep in the past 24 hours, but WHO CARES? I'm in fricking Singapore! :D It's almost 7am, it's thundering and raining outside, and it's apparently 28 degrees out there. CRAZY NORTHERN HEMISPHERE.

Changi airport also has a new terminal, and it is so spiffing, though of course it means that I have longer to walk between tranfers, but in lieu of the spiffingness and shiny, I really can't complain. Chinaland is still about seven hours away - two more hours of waiting around and a five hour flight, so I think I will take the opportunity to sleep maybe. And shop around duty free.

I have no idea where everything is in the new terminal (as opposed to the old one, where I've been no less than four times), so there's ample opportunity for exploration!

I was in Singapore airport earlier this year. It was very shiny indeed :) No idea if I was in the new terminal, that was the first time I'd been there.

The last time I was in Singaore Airport was in 99, but DAMN it is nice. =D Do they still have the little indoor waterfall & giant goldfish?
